During the follow-up series, we build on the product knowledge and experience of the basic class. We will cover the delicious soups Tom Yam Goong (typical Thai shrimp soup) and Tom Kha Gai (coconut/chicken soup). We also taste various Thai salads including Phad Krapao Gai and venture into Massaman Curry (the world's most coveted curry). We make homemade curry paste in the morter and finish with the delicious dessert: Sticky rice mango.
