margin-top: 0.857143rem; margin-bottom: 0.857143rem;\" src=\"https:\/\/illiemangaro.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/chantalSaidi2-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/illiemangaro.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/chantalSaidi2-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/illiemangaro.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/chantalSaidi2-60x60.jpg 60w, https:\/\/illiemangaro.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/chantalSaidi2-500x500.jpg 500w, https:\/\/illiemangaro.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/chantalSaidi2-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/illiemangaro.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/chantalSaidi2-100x100.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/h4>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">I start with a little true story that led to this initiative \u2026<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">Maybe chantal\u2019s story will encourage you to get moving<\/h4>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em>It&#8217;s a story about a woman\/soulmate with whom I crossed paths throughout my life.<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em>And so the story begins \u2026<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>I know Chantal Sa\u00efdi since I was 18 years old.\u00a0 She arrived in Brussels as a political refugee, referred to our secondary school in Poperinge and for some subjects she was in my class.\u00a0 We quickly became friends. \u00a0Thanks to my father (who died 7 years later), Chantal was able to spend a 2-month Summer holiday with the family Cuvelier.\u00a0 I had the best Summer ever before.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em>Chantal was one of the first African girls in our small town and with her enchanting beauty it was a chore to keep the boys away from her.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em>After that holiday Chantal left back to Brussels where she would continue to develop her life.\u00a0 She told me: give me a call if you would end-up in Brussels for a job.\u00a0\u00a0 And guess what?\u00a0 My first job opportunity was in Brussels.\u00a0 We shared an apartment for more than 6 months.\u00a0 Chantal was singing at the Sheraton Hotel and I was part of the backing vocals :-).\u00a0 We had lots of fun going out together.\u00a0 One day she met her partner \u2018Jack\u2019 in a dancing Club near Bois de La Cambre where we often went out.\u00a0 Afterwards she moved to Dublin &amp; London.\u00a0 My sister and me kept on visiting her.\u00a0 After a while we lost track and did not see her for several years.\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em>She had 2 sons with Jack.\u00a0 The relation went down and they split-up.\u00a0 A heavy period started for Chantal.\u00a0 Her children were taken away from her for about 5 years.\u00a0 5 years of fighting to get her children back took its toll\u00a0 \u2026<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em>Later on Chantal discovered she had breast cancer at her left breast. <\/em><em>During chemo session, the chemo nurse told Chantal that, chemotherapy will make the cancer come back! <\/em><em>Although Chantal was convinced that she needed chemo to restore her body.<\/em><em>10 years later, after the first breast cancer diagnosis, Chantal felt a lump underneath the implant of same left breast!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>Since those though years, Chantal had learned how to listen to her body and to follow her instincts!<\/em><em><br \/>\n<\/em><em>Chantal found out that all wisdom can be found inside.\u00a0 <\/em><em><br \/>\n<\/em><em>For a long period of time I did not see or hear Chantal anymore.<br \/>\n<\/em><em>One day in May 2017, she surprised me on that particular day.\u00a0 Completely out of nowhere she appeared on the opening day of my new business @ Dok Noord.<br \/>\n<\/em><em>\u00a0I was quite moved by how life can turn.<\/em><em><br \/>\n<\/em><em>6 years later (end of 2022) Chantal drove from London to Ghent by car. Unannounced as always :-).\u00a0 I saw her and her first words were exactly what I needed to hear.\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><em>That&#8217;s why she joined us on March the 24th, 2023 \u2026.
